The Design/Build Process

R.E. Morrison Contracting will assist you through every phase of your project: from our initial consultation, to the design phase and all the way through to completion. You will be confident in the quality of the construction because you will personally be involved in the details.

CONSULTATION:

Will provide initial communications and meeting with our client to listen to their ideas and wishes for their project. We will give assistance, information and helpful ideas based on our 30 years of experience.

BUDGET:

Based on the information and ideas from our client obtained during our consultation we will put together a base budget to complete the project. This budget will help us to determine the right options and direction to proceed with the project.

DESIGN:

We will work with our client and the architect to draft their design for the project on to paper. There will be design meetings, review meetings and a final drafted building plans for their construction project. These plans will be used for building permits and provide essential details during the construction phase of the project.

CONSTRUCTION:

Building permits will be acquired along with a scheduled date that has been agreed upon to begin construction. Our employees are experienced professionals with years of training and on-site experience to ensure quality workmanship. Throughout construction we will maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety and cleanliness. As a client, you can expect to be involved throughout the project in the decision-making process and various product selections. There will be scheduled meeting throughout the project to discuss any details and answer questions to ensure your satisfaction.

COMPLETION:

Upon completion of your new dream home or the transformation of your existing home into your new dream home you will be satisfied to know you worked hand in hand with the professional craftsman of R.E.
